McDonald's in Wunstorf

I felt more like a Turkish bazaar than a fast-food restaurant. Nobody spoke German, only Arabic or something, no hello and no goodbye. The orders were placed on the table without a word and nobody knew which one was his. Order was of course wrong too ... I've never seen anything like it!

Drive in this time extremely friendly staff. Despite the long wait because many were hungry, the ladies were super friendly. This time the food was hot and tasted.

The oldest employees are the best 😄 The branch manager is very understanding towards customers.

At the moment only the Mc Drive is open. But very well organized, never had to wait so short! Worked very well.

If you order a McFlurry with extra caramel sauce, which you even pay extra and then you get an ice cream without sauce, the question arises for what the surcharge ??? In my eyes just incompetent staff

I ordered an MC Frappe and a chocolate milkshake yesterday and both just tasted like burnt caramel, today I wanted to give you another try and this time the cream tasted extremely sour, what was going on with you.

Ordered food in the MCDrive. The parking lot is big enough and also clean. The food was fresh and warm, nothing was squeezed.

Most of the staff rude. When I went to the bathroom for a moment, my tray with my not yet eaten food was gone The "new" with worker said the tablet was empty although there was still food + a drink that had not been drunk. The shop was full and so she gave my place to other customers even though I put my backpack etc. on the chair so that they know that I'll be back soon.

Unfortunately, completely unmotivated staff. Quality of the food in the usual context. But the atmosphere behind the counter spoils the fun a bit

Be here again forever. Ordered at the drive in half but forgot. Never come back! I lose my desire.

Very fast service

Food was good, so much in advance, but how can a company show its video system so publicly? You could see on the monitor what was set, who logs in, the recording time, etc. ... someone is sitting in the office looking for a process and everyone is watching? Privacy??? Most of all - stars

Clean place, nice staff, but we don't like that outside people are smoking a lot don't care that children are running about.

I think McDonald's has quite high standards in Hannover. I give 4 stars because it was difficult to find the car entrance. We have to drive around it several times.
